Lepidolite Palm stone

Lepidolite is what I consider the “prozac” of the mineral kingdom. It is filled with Lithium inclusions, making it one of the most calming, soothing, and balancing stones within the world of crystals. Lepidolite is extremely calming during times of chaos and stress, helping it’s keeper release anxiety and pent up energy in the nervous system. This stone is also valuable for those suffering from insomnia or bad dreams. Lepidolite balances the emotional body, bringing us back to our center in a neutral space.
