Join us for tea, a simple way of coming together in stillness.

Through the enriching meditative practice of Cha Dao, The Way of Tea, we are invited to bridge the connection between ourselves and nature. This offering is an introduction to bowl tea - a form of tea steeped with simplicity and reflection. We will sit in silence as we drink our bowls, and connect deeply with the medicine of the leaf, opening to receiving its wisdom as we awaken into presence. There will be some time for discussion, questions, and sharing at the end of ceremony.
